placing online order

when placing any online orders, you are responsible to check before submitting the orders and to review the order details (order quantity, delivery address and delivery date, etc) once again when you received our electronic confirmation of order. h.f.flora will not be responsible for any mistakes made by you when placing orders.

order acceptance policy

your receipt of electronic confirmation or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. we reserve the right at any time to accept or decline your order for any reason.

payment terms

for each product or service you order on the site, you agree to pay the price for the product or service (including any surcharges and any delivery fees for the delivery service you select) as of the time you submitted the order. all prices are non-refundable. payment via online, telephone or email orders shall be made by credit card (visa & mastercard) or bank-in prior to our products preparation.the transaction is only confirmed with full payment. should payment for supply of products or services be outside of, or beyond, our payment terms you will be liable for all costs, fees, damages, and expenses including legal costs (on a full indemnity basis) and all other fees incurred by us in recovering the amount outstanding. ownership of the product remains with h.f.flora and does not pass to you until we receive all amounts you owe to us.
